Pantanal Expedition
We are slowly returning to normal life as the pandemic eases. The desire to travel to distant places is only increasing, and, of course, there are still many incredible places to visit within our immense Brazil.
With that, we had a dream: Why not take a 5,000 km road trip from Rio de Janeiro to the Pantanal? That's how our Pantanal Expedition began. Check out our content below about this incredible journey, full of experiences, landscapes and life.
Episode 1 - Chapada dos Veadeiros
In Chapada dos Veadeiros, we had incredible experiences with the abundant landscapes and waterfalls, despite the severe drought. The hot weather and the fires made our journey more challenging, but they did not prevent us from taking unusual photographs and hiking in the city of ETs.
Episode 2 - Mysteries of Serra do Roncador
We spent a few hours walking along the trails of Portals of Roncador and met Maurinho, an incredible person who is full of knowledge about the legends of the place. According to him, Roncador chooses those who go there, and we are going to show you some of these mysteries here.
Episode 3 - Trekking at the Pantanal
We arrived at the Pantanal Mato Grosso on our expedition, but here the journey was just beginning. On the first and second days we took the opportunity to explore the Pantanal on foot through the trails and places around our Lodge. The diversity of animals in this space alone was incredible!
Episode 4 - Encounter with the jaguar
At the height of our visit to the Pantanal of Mato Grosso, we finally had the long-awaited encounter: the Jaguar. More than that, this encounter had a big surprise for us that we couldn't help but record. Check it out!
Episode 5 - Morro de São Jerônimo and THE CITY OF STONES
We are entering the last part of our expedition through the Chapada dos Guimarães National Park. Here, in four days of rest and incredible trails, we had the opportunity to reach the summit of Morro de São Jerônimo and visit Cidade de Pedra (City of Stones), marked by incredible views.
