Swiss and French Alps
The Alps are an incredible mountain range nestled in the center of Europe and spanning a handful of countries. Obviously, we couldn't miss out on seeing these panoramas on a road trip through Italy, Switzerland, and France, but we're focusing on the Swiss and French mountains.
This region is so rich in trails, landscapes, and wonderful places to experience that our almost two-week trip was short for so many attractions.

Episode 1 - Zermatt and Matterhorn
On our first day in the Alps, we started in the beautiful Switzerland. There, we had the opportunity to photograph the Matterhorn without much effort, just exploring places in the city itself.
Episode 2 - Stellisee and Five Lakes Trail
In this episode we will hike the Five Lakes Trail, at the foot of the Matterhorn, and reach Stellisee. We will make the most of the beauty of autumn to take incredible photos.
Episode 3 - Sunrise and sunset at Riffelsee
We take a train up the mountains to Riffelsee. In this episode we will photograph the wonderful Matterhorn, both at sunrise and sunset, taking advantage of the reflection of the lake in the middle of a small valley.
Episode 4 - Road to Lauterbrunnen
We woke up early to hike the Bachalpsee trail in Grindelwald, but things didn't go as planned... No problem! A show of images awaits us along the way, and that's what matters in landscape photography: improvising!
Episode 5 - Gruyeres and Chamonix
We traveled through rural Switzerland to get to Chamonix, France, but of course, enjoying some good food, and who knows, maybe some slightly different photos?
Episode 6 - Trekking to Lac Blanc
In this episode, we'll hike up the magnificent mountains of the French Alps in search of beautiful scenery and adventure. Our destination is Lac Blanc, famous for its pristine reflections and incredible views of the Mont Blanc mountain range.
